D03 Asset Management System - Vendor Agreement
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are documented commitments that define the expected level of service for organizational assets throughout their lifecycle. This module enables the creation and management of SLAs covering asset specifications, quality standards, maintenance expectations, warranty terms, replacement policies, response and resolution times, and vendor obligations, ensuring consistent service delivery and effective asset governance.
The vendor shall supply laptops and related IT assets that meet the organization’s approved technical, operational, security, and quality standards. All devices supplied must be new, genuine, enterprise-grade, and fit for business use.
The vendor shall ensure that all laptops and IT assets supplied meet the organization’s required quality, performance, reliability, and operational standards. All equipment delivered must be enterprise-grade, durable, secure, and suitable for professional business operations.
The vendor shall provide timely replacement of defective, damaged, or non-compliant laptops and IT assets supplied under this agreement to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
The vendor shall provide reliable maintenance and technical support services to ensure all laptops and IT assets supplied remain operational, secure, and fit for business use throughout the agreed service period.
